Results-driven Telecommunications & Electrical Engineering professional with over a decade of experience in network architecture, RAN optimization, and end-to-end QoS management across RAN, IP-Core, and Transport (microwave and optical) domains. I have worked extensively with multi-vendor technologies including Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, ZTE, Ceragon, and Nera, designing, integrating, and optimizing high-capacity networks for both macro and indoor environments, including indoor coverage planning and deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), ensuring reliable, SLA-compliant service delivery. My expertise spans IP/MPLS routing, QoS policy design, transport planning for DWDM/CWDM and microwave backhaul, as well as RF planning and performance optimization.Beyond the technical design, I focus on enhancing real-world network performance through RAN optimization, indoor coverage management, KPI analytics, interference resolution, and capacity planning to ensure resilient, future-ready networks. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to conduct performance audits, validate designs, and implement scalable solutions that improve uptime, throughput, and overall service quality. My passion lies in building networks that not only meet technical benchmarks but also provide an exceptional end-user experience.
