As Co-Editor-in-Chief I work closely with others in the organization to plan informative and engaging meetings throughout the year, lead editors to effectively support their writers, and ensure our semesterly publication meets our rigorous quality standards. As a staff writer I authored “Counterman v. Colorado: Balancing Threats Against Individuals and Threats Against Free Speech” for our Fall 2023 publication and “Should the Federal Trade Commission Ban Non-Compete Clauses?” for our Spring 2024 Publication. As the Spring 2024 VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion I created a system to record accommodations requests, report conflicts, and organize responses to circumstances to promote our DEI policies and ensure lasting equity and fairness. As an 20••••25 Associate Editor I worked with a team of 2-4 staff writers to edit and produce articles for our semesterly publication. As the Vice President of Alumni Relations I built our organization\'s first alumni database.
