I work with the Student Activities Leader to support and deliver the major society events such as UBU Awards Ball, UBU Freshers & Refreshers Fayres, LGBT Month, Black History Month other Campaign Executive\'s events.Supervision of annual budgetary spend for societies and campaign executives events, working with the Student Activities & Development Leader.Ensure the smooth running of administration around societies and campaign executives events. Ensure all society groups and campaign executives are aware of risks around their activities and to support them particularly in logging events, writing risk assessments, safety guidelines and awareness of insurance.Monitor and support society groups and campaign executives in the coordination of their own activities including, campaigns, fundraising and event organisation (ensuring events are safe and inclusive), transport hire, promotion, memberships numbers, elections, and fundraising. Organise society regular sessions within and outside the University of Bradford
