About Luc
Hi, I am a junior at Princeton University pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with an emphasis in architecture and structural engineering. I am passionate about seismic design and actively learning about new methods of design that would help with damage mitigation in structural engineering. I have previously conducted research on seismic force-resisting systems, specifically steel plate shear wall systems, where I examined the strength and behavior of shear walls with a low frequency sinusoid (LFS) steel plate. On campus, I am actively involved in service-oriented organizations and programs, where I provide mentorship and advising resources, as well as collaborate with nonprofit organizations to advance and improve the lives of disadvantaged communities and individuals.
