ABOUT CHILANN CHAN

I have a proven track record to succeed in various domains. Some of my past work includes building ML/AI features in creative software, shipped software in the desktop/web/mobile space, and launched integrated hardware/software products such as AR/VR headset and controller for both B2C and B2B customers.I thrive in a creative, mission-driven environment where the team get to work together to overcome early market challenges to reach the product-market fit stage, and I am a strong advocate of the product-led growth approach. My superpowers as a PM are catalyst, strategist and empathizer. I am good at transforming intangible ideas into tangible actions, and bring momentum and energy to the team to accomplish a set goal. I am a big picture person and excel in connecting the dots together, and I am great at translating customer insight into innovations. I am a lifetime learner. Currently, I am in the WESP(Women Executive Shadow Program) at Adobe shadowing a C-suite executive gaining a big picture on how running a big company is like. I also believe in giving back to the community. I co-host Product Breakfast Chat, a 30 mins monthly product management talk in Adobe focusing on topics such as product management best practices, innovation and strategy etc.For the next stage in my career, I am looking for a senior Product Manager position in the Generative AI field, or in other interesting emerging technology.
