Effectively led a group consisting of engineers, designers and suppliers while interfacing with cross-functional team members to ensure the F-150 air induction system was delivered on time to support program launch and below budget.• Delivered a $10.24 affected vehicle variable cost save ($7.65 million annual save) and $15,329 vendor tooling save for 2015 P552 AIS LP system.• Received patent for flexible resistive silencer to eliminate turbo whoosh noise• Developed AIS design and release engineering guide• Ensured that following documents were complete to support P552 ICA sourcing: • Supplier-on-Board Agreement (SOBA) • Commercial and Program Agreement (CPA) • Attachment • ED & T approval form• Managed System Program Management team meeting (SPMT) insuring on time delivery of design and parts. Tracked and resolved open issues. Resolved & closed 19 VP build AIMS issues with solid design and supplier actions.• Delivered in-house designs for M&H to eliminate 90% outside ED & T on P552 low pressure.• Developed corrective action plans to resolve AIS clean side duct design and blow molding issues• Worked with Ford CAE to complete Blow Sig and CFD to ensure AIS LP design was adequate for blow molding process and met restriction targets• Developed Swirl Vane Poke Yoke Design
