Develop business requirements from an initial concept to a workable and implementable solution using tools such as use cases, user stories, and flow diagrams. • Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, internal business colleagues, and development teams to ensure goals and objectives are well understood. • Assist in system testing and manage the UAT changes from 3rd parties and in-house development to ensure that they satisfy business requirements. • Facilitate release planning, scrum events, and workshops, fostering open communication, collaboration, and self-organising team culture, and ensuring sprint health reporting aligned to Agile Scrum best practices. • Elicit and document requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather stakeholders\' input and align with project methodology. • Conduct data analysis and process modelling to identify inefficiencies and potential cost savings across the business using techniques such as value stream mapping and lean software development. • Understand and create customer journey maps acting as the primary contact between the stakeholders and the various teams. • Support the business in reviewing, refining, and developing business processes to coincide with business change using business process modeling and improvement techniques. • Responsible for producing and presenting analyses and reporting on product KPIs, writing clear briefs, and functional documentation, and communicating with development teams. • Perform stakeholder analysis, mapping each stakeholder\'s influence, impact, and commitment using techniques such as power/interest grid and stakeholder engagement matrix. • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and to be the bridge between the development team and the business using techniques such as scrum methodology, agile modeling, and extreme programming.
