I Manage the complete vulnerability lifecycle from identification through remediation across customer and internal environments, operating at the intersection of threat intelligence, governance, and operational security to ensure timely patching and regulatory compliance.• Through strategic collaboration with technical delivery, I establish key vendor partnerships and implement specialized tooling that strengthens our cybersecurity service offerings and operational capabilities.• My responsibilities include drafting security standards, patching policies, and vulnerability response procedures that align with frameworks such as NCSC, Cyber Essentials, and PCI-DSS, alongside producing executive dashboards and compliance reports that monitor remediation timelines, SLA performance, and overall risk posture.• Working closely with change management, I correlate CVE findings with real-world exploit data to implement risk-based prioritization strategies, while also partnering with SOC during active incidents to provide root cause analysis support and execute post-incident reporting.• I conduct enterprise-wide assessments and audits spanning 200+ applications and hundreds of endpoints, where I plan and execute security patch deployments while minimizing business disruption and ensuring high-risk vulnerabilities are remediated across various OS platforms within defined SLAs.​
