I work in a space of completely redesigning the onboarding flow so that it’s adaptive for drastically different users, from small vacation rental partners to multinational hotel chains, with the goals of self-service and scalability. I work on large scope projects, alongside with cross-functional stakeholders, to deliver experiences for photos, regulatory, contracting, payments, and account creation and email verification. The end results are designs that are intuitive and recyclable, providing partners with a simple onboarding experience while allowing Expedia to reuse the designs across multiple use cases.
