1. Senior Ux Ops Pm

   I am a Senior UX Ops PM on the Customer Experience Platform team. My bias for action and passion for bringing people together is my superpower. My hybrid role touches on Team Ops to help build the right product culture, and also Product Ops to support core business priorities. I\'ve helped scale a massive visual design refresh across our consumer-facing web experiences, building a team and production pipeline from the ground up. I get to work on interesting projects such as design systems coherence and partner with creative agencies on vision sprints. Past examples included the future of Microsoft Shopping, Maps, and Content Feeds. It\'s never boring, maybe sometimes a little bit hectic, but I\'m always learning and inspired by the amazing talent in our design and research collective.
