About Sarah Diamond
I describe myself as a business leader and strategic advisor with a specialization in People & Culture. What does that mean? I look at the strategic goals and framework of a company and then provide expertise and advice on Organization Design, Leadership Practices, Cultural initiatives, Learning & Development Programs, Succession Planning, Total Rewards and more. I have experience working with teams across Asia, EMEA, the United Kingdom, APAC and North America. This includes organizations large, medium and small - at varying stages of growth, and various ownership structures, from family-owned, to publicly listed, to Private Equity owned. My sweet spot is coaching and advising CEOs and C-suite leaders, providing positive challenge and thought partnership. I provide strategic stewardship and hands-on support for Succession Planning, ESG / Social Responsibility, Organizational Development, and Change Management - including Acquisition, Geographic and other forms of expansion. As the Chief People & Culture Officer at BOA Technology, I have helped to shape the company’s high-performance culture. I\'m also proud to be the Vice Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, where I partner closely with the Chair and provide Strategic guidance and oversight to the Management Team, and coaching and advice to the CEO. Previously a member of the Denver Workforce Development Board and the Board of DisruptHR Denver.
