My professional experience has involved using community policing in conjunction with a servant leadership style to empower personnel, increase open lines of communication, facilitate transparency, and improve public trust. I have a passion for education and public service. As an educator and practitioner, I understand the transformational power of acquired knowledge through experience, professional development, technical education, and higher education. My most current roles have allowed me to capitalize on my talents through the instruction, development, leadership, and protection of unique and diverse populations.
