As Operations & Finance Director, I lead the strategic and operational direction of a global manufacturing organisation specialising in high-value capital equipment. Overseeing multi-site operations across the UK, Taiwan, and China, I drive operational excellence and financial performance, aligning processes with business objectives to achieve sustainable growth.My role encompasses comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting, directly collaborating with our Hong Kong-based parent company.
