I am a Solicitor in the Property Disputes team at Birketts LLP, based in Norwich. My practice includes a range of agricultural, commercial and residential property disputes, with particular experience in landlord and tenant matters, developer disputes, ecclesiastical and other core real estate matters. Since joining Birketts as an NQ in 2023, I’ve advised clients through high-pressure disputes involving possession claims, lease enforcement, developer disputes, and rent arrears. I aim to provide clear, practical advice that balances legal rigour with a strong commercial understanding.I am also the Vice President of the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society and a member of the Property Litigation Association.
