ABOUT CHIDINMA OGUNLADE

I am a dynamic professional with over 11 years advising C-suite level executives of multinationals in implementing stellar initiatives in supply chain management. I currently work for Robert Bosch where I lead strategic initiatives leveraging innovations to deliver value to all stakeholders. My areas of expertise include project management, lean management, continuous improvement, supplier selection, and strategic planning.My key career achievements include pioneering the logistics team for Robert Bosch from its first day of commencing operations in Nigeria. I put in place standards for import processes of goods worth $ 100 million and facilitated training sessions for the team in Germany to familiarize themselves with local shipping regulations.The concept of technology excites me and how it can be leveraged to make supply chains more efficient has further fuelled my interest. I have learned about manipulating data, playing with numbers, and making use of data analytics tools.
