As the Community Manager at Skill Trybe, I help lead and support a vibrant WhatsApp-based community of aspiring digital professionals. Our mission is to provide free, high-quality training in remote-friendly skills to young people who may not have access to paid programs. My key responsibilities include:Welcoming and onboarding new members into the Skill Trybe communityCreating and managing daily engagement content and announcementsCoordinating live sessions and onboarding calls with guest speakersOffering personalized support for members, including LinkedIn profile reviews and job-readiness guidanceMonitoring participation and ensuring members meet training milestonesPromoting a culture of accountability, consistency, and peer supportWorking closely with the program team to improve the student experienceSkill Trybe is more than a training hub, it’s a movement.
