ABOUT CHIDERA ONYEAGORO

Different and Creative. Those are the two attributes that have not only defined me and led to my past achievements, but what I believe will lead me to even greater accolades. My desire to express my creativity is what drove me to teach myself programming during my freshman year of high school, which has led to my abundance of knowledge in the technical field such as being well versed in tools like Matlab and AutoCad, but also learning a variety of programming languages from Python, to iOS programming, to Html/CSS. These skills have helped fill my penchant to be different. For example, I wanted to take an approach to charity that had never been done before. I wanted give people the ability to give money to charities for free. Using the technological skills I gained, I created an iOS app called AdCharity which allows users to raise money for Nigerian orphans\' education through clicking on advertisements that are displayed within the app. Currently, with my creativity and desire to do something different, I am creating a political and news website that will vastly change the way news is written and displayed digitally and that is more suited for our time. Looking for internship opportunities where I can further utilize these attributes.
