During a career transition, Aaron decided he wanted to send a weekly email to connect with his new team and to share a quick motivational message. On Monday July 21st 2014, he sent his first Monday MO (for Monday MOtivation). It was short: Care more than others think is wise Risk more than others think is safe Dream more than others think is practical Expect more than others think is possible Set excellence as your standard People found the message MOtivational and a great way to start their week. Aaron continued to send out Monday MOs for over six-years. A true testament to the impact, was how the distribution expanded beyond the team to include spouses, parents, children, and friends. The messages were having a positive impact in people’s lives, and they wanted to share them with others. This book is a consolidation of these Monday MOs–to share these Motivational messages with you. Unlike many books that are meant to be read from start to finish, this book may be read in any order. Select a topic and read as many MOs as you like. Some may resonate more than others, but the hope is that you find many that interest and inspire you. This book is for you if you are a curious person who wishes to stretch your mind and get exposure to new perspectives. Now go read a MO!
