Primary Care Dietitians (PCD) supports PCNs utilise ARRS funding to deliver a first contact dietitian service. We help you recruit, mentor and support dietitians to be first contact practitioners to support your Primary Care Network.As the Chief Operations Officer at Primary Care Dietitians, I am responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to promote the role of dietitians in primary care. In this role, I work closely with clinical directors and primary care managers to identify areas and patient demographics where the dietitian can achieve the greatest impact.My experience includes- Developing and executing successful sales strategies that have resulted in increased adoption of dietitians within PCNs- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning to ensure effective sales and marketing efforts- Building relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry to drive awareness and adoption of dietitian services- Utilizing feedback from clinical directors and primary care managers to continuously improve our services and drive product development- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and tailor our solutions to their specific requirementsI am passionate about improving patient outcomes and increasing patients\' access to dietitians in primary care. I am committed to leveraging my skills and experience to drive the growth and success of Primary Care Dietitians, while advancing the use of technology solutions to improve patient care in the healthcare industry.

ABOUT SUYIN
Hello there! I\'m Suyin, the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Primary Care Dietitians. I started out with a finance degree and working in finance, but pivoted to studying dietetics after I decided I wanted a more meaningful career. I moved from Singapore to the UK to pursue a dietetics degree. My dietetic experience includes working for the NHS in acute and primary care settings, where I most recently supported individuals with Type 2 Diabetes to achieve remission through Very Low Energy Diets (VLED).I am passionate about nutrition and dietetics, and started Nutribytes in 2020. We provide nutrition education for dietitians and nutritionists. As I moved my role into primary care, I was frustrated with the lack of support and awareness of the role of dietitians in this area, so I started building Primary Care Dietitians. All while keeping my full-time job.Primary Care Dietitians has now grown, allowing me to leave my dietetic job. We currently support close to 50 dietitians, and we keep growing.While I\'m no longer seeing patients, my role at Primary Care Dietitians is to spread the word about the value of dietitians in primary care, and educate dietitians on why this area of work is exciting.Our mission at Primary Care Dietitians is to make dietetic care accessible to everyone, which means a focus on preventative care, and reducing the wait times to get specialist dietetic intervention.In my free time, I enjoy being creative and I design websites using Webflow.If you\'d like to learn more about Primary Care Dietitians, or just want to say hi, drop me an email at sā¢ā¢ā¢ā¢ā¢ā¢ā¢ā¢@nhs.net.
