Technical focal point of Salesforce adoption, by partnering with various stakeholders such as end-users, management, and implementation partners to proactively identify, drive, and build enhancements and system customizations that solve business needs, ensuring requirements are effectively collected and fully implemented- Lead UAT scripting and execution as well as data migration tasks- Analyze and review PSP business processes, ensuring the CRM system fully supports the fundraising processes, maximizing end-user productivity, producing and maintaining documentation- Manage and continuously maintain the CRM and its integration with other systems including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users, by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues- Support, train, and coach the users to get the most out of their CRM use
