After graduating I started to build up my experience in marketing working together with senior marketing analysts in the automotive aftermarket field and afterwards in the food and beverage field, where I also developed knowledges of logistics processes. In March 2007 I started a new and challenging experience in CNH as transportation logistics representative for Construction and Agriculture equipment developing skills such as proactivity, quickness of action and mediation which I got the chance to improve as soon as I joined the sales administration department taking care in a more direct way of building up a strong relationship between the company and our dealers. Meanwhile, I participated to interfunctional projects and teamworks to improve the company processes as well as leading interfunctinal activities other than my day to day tasks.
