ABOUT CHIARA GAVA

Ideas and passion: we developed FABA following them and we created a storyteller that is amusing already more than children. At FABA I do manage a transversal team that deals with product development, content selection and creation, marketing, sales and after-sales. The target is to achieve an ambitious growth in terms of turnover, sales channels, markets and catalog. Before that I was in charge of managing Maikii\'s Retail team; we marketed licensed consumer electronics products under our brand, Tribe. I have acquired a high level of experience in the licensing sector, dealing and negotiating at a global level with the major players including Disney, Universal, Warner Bross. I have worked for several years in product development, including 3D products, both licensed and not, in the retail market, the promotional and incentive ones, plus some bespoken projects for customers on a global scale. I attended and organized trade shows in different sectors: clothing, electronics, licensing, design, gift, mobile. I traveled in Europe, USA and Asia, I’ve been involved in the opening of our branches in Hong Kong and San Francisco by training my colleagues and transferring our corporate culture to them. Previous experiences: Style Office in the children\'s clothing sector and Copy for a Communication agency.
