Digical lives at foreign banks crossroad, where business strategy, technology, consumer marketing and service design get together. It defines the entire digital strategy and coordinates the implementation of multichannel projects across International Subsidiaries network.I work within a team of designers and analysts, in order to redesign with the business the “in branch experience” for five foreign banks of the group. The goal is to improve the relationship between the client and the banker by making the system faster and more efficient while trying also to increase cross-selling.
