ABOUT CHIARA CRISCI

Passionate of human rights, equality and social inclusion, I strongly believe in the constructive power of diversity as mean of mutual learning, understanding and enrichment among people. I really enjoy working on projects about and with youth, mentoring the youngest and listening their voice. After my University studies, I have been working in Project Management, especially in no-profit entities of social and cultural promotion. Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented person, I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a great willingness to work in multicultural settings. With a strong sense of organization, responsibility and problem solving, I am also able to work in stressful situations. I am used to work both independently and in team, with the aim of achieving the objectives within strict deadlines and assigned priorities. I hold excellent writing, editing and translation skills and I am familiar with project writing, planning and coordinating, as well with the preparation, implementation and follow-up of several departmental activities. Always moved from the will to learn something new and to improve my competences for the reaching of professional and personal growth, in 2018 I launched my own business INTERMOBEX, consisting in managing European mobility projects for Learning and Training under the Erasmus+ Programme. After 8 year living in Gran Canaria, in 2024 I moved back to Sicily where I am currently working as a Project Leader at Isola Catania.
