Although I choose to be highly self-critical and constantly strive for improvement, one thing I’ve always been certain of is my purpose: contributing to the energy transition. From a young age, I have been deeply convinced that humanity can coexist sustainably and fairly on this planet.This conviction fueled my passion for making a tangible impact in the energy sector, guiding my academic journey. I focused my studies on sustainability and energy, complementing them with enriching international experiences and advanced training programs that broadened my worldview. These efforts have equipped me with a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling me to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective.My commitment to sustainability also extends to my personal initiatives. During my university years, I co-founded Free2Change, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about pressing issues like climate change, energy transition, and sustainability.For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Enel Green Power, Italy’s leading renewable energy company, where I’ve grown both personally and professionally. I began as the Project Engineer for the largest wind turbine project in Italy, later serving as the CEO’s right hand, and now lead a remarkable team of 20+ people. Together, we focus on optimizing engineering processes and driving innovation in the renewable energy sector to maximize efficiency and competitiveness.
