ABOUT CHIARA VIGATO
As a motivated and ambitious Medicinal Chemistry Postdoctoral researcher, I aspire to further my career in Drug Discovery. My current research involves designing and synthesizing heterocyclic molecules to target oncological and neglected diseases. Throughout my Ph.D, my passion for research and deep curiosity enabled me to engage in diverse fields such as LC-HRMS and X-ray crystallography, both in Italian and international institutes, gaining a well-rounded perspective on medicinal chemistry project implications. Additionally, in recent years, I have developed a keen interest and experience into in silico approaches for drug design and molecular modelling techniques, leading to a deep reading level of a small-molecule.
