ABOUT CHIARA SOLARI

Opero da sempre nel settore HR. Grazie agli anni trascorsi in APL, ho sviluppato dimestichezza e abilità nell’interfacciarmi sia con candidati sia con clienti anche di alto livello, nonché empatia e capacità di interpretare e soddisfare le rispettive esigenze e necessità. Lavorare in contesti sfidanti e con obiettivi stringenti mi ha insegnato ad agire per priorità e a scegliere di volta in volta, al variare del contesto socio-economico in cui opero, gli strumenti più adatti al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati, controllando costantemente i risultati. Da gennaio 2020 a marzo 2022 ho ricoperto il ruolo di Permanent Placement Specialist presso la Divisione Permanent di Etjca, dove gestivo processi di reclutamento di profili professionali specializzati e coordinavo le attività legate alla Business Line Permanent Placement delle filiali di Magenta e Rho. Da aprile 2022 ricopro il ruolo di Permanent Consultant & Assessment Regional Developer in ManpowerGroup. Il mio obiettivo è acquisire ulteriori competenze trasversali che mi permetteranno di specializzarmi sempre più nel recruiting di profili ancora più qualificati e di processi di ASSESSMENT, continuando a offrire valore aggiunto nell’incrocio fra domanda e offerta di lavoro I have always worked in the HR sector. Thanks to the years spent in APL, I have developed familiarity and ability in interfacing with both candidates and customers, including high-level clients, as well as empathy and the ability to interpret and meet their respective needs and requirements. Working in a stressful context and with stringent objectives has taught me to act by priority and to choose from time to time, depending on the socio-economic context in which I operate, the most suitable tools to achieve the set objectives, constantly monitoring the results. From January 2020 to March 2022 I held the role of Permanent Placement Specialist at the Permanent Division of Etjca, where I managed recruitment processes for specialized professional profiles and coordinated the activities related to the Permanent Placement Business Line of the Magenta and Rho branches. Since April 2022 I have held the role of Permanent Consultant & Assessment Regional Developer in ManpowerGroup. My goal is to acquire additional transversal skills that will allow me to specialize more and more in the recruiting of even more qualified profiles and ASSESSMENT processes, continuing to offer added value in the intersection of job supply and demand
