ABOUT CHIARA REDINI
I am a lawyer with over 25 years of experience in cross-border matters—both in terms of navigating multiple jurisdictions within a single deal and bridging different areas of law.My core strengths lie in corporate law, including M&A and good governance practices. I also have deep expertise in intellectual property, from managing IP portfolios to organizing cultural events on an international level.In the field of Information Technology Law, I’ve supported the creation and development of software, managed all related legal issues, and advised on commercialization and product liability.Data protection is a particular passion of mine—its transversal nature cuts across all aspects of law and life.I’ve also had the privilege of teaching IT and IP Law at the university level for over eight years, an experience that has been as enriching for me as it has (hopefully) been for my students.After more than 20 years abroad, I am now back in Italy—the country where I graduated in law and was admitted to the bar—and I look forward to new professional challenges that cross yet more borders.
