In my role as Deputy Room Senior for the preschool room, I help lead a dynamic, fun, and safe space where 3–5-year-olds can grow, explore, and thrive. I support the Room Leader with planning creative, play-based learning experiences that align with EYFS goals, while also guiding and motivating the team to deliver top-quality care. Whether it’s managing daily routines, stepping in to lead the room, or building strong bonds with the children and their families, I stay hands-on and fully involved. I also track each child’s development closely, making sure their time with us is both meaningful and magical.
