ABOUT CHIARA MANCINI

I am a highly driven Senior IT Leader who specialises within the implementation of ITIL and DevSecOps principles with a focus on emerging cyber threats and the security of platforms and products through the design, build and operational lifecycle. I am an Azure, AWS Practitioner, SCRUM Master and ITIL Certified. Professional who champions compliance and is capable of leading operations, optimising project delivery and analysing requirements. Professional development is extremely important to me and I lead by example and drive the development of the teams that I work with. I am passionate about the delivery of service and delivering outcome aligned solutions, driving technical optimisation and enabling the transformation of business functions. My recent experience encompasses IT infrastructure, platform management, cyber security, risk management as well as recruitment and retention. I am able to provide expertise, both in planning and in setting goals, defining requirements, making recommendations, identifying risks and delivering results. I greatly enjoy establishing a productive and positive working culture and understand that it all starts with recruiting and onboarding the best talent and supporting them through their development.
