Researching cancer prevention and early detection // Joint clinical trial co-lead and bioinformaticianI am interested in preventive medicine and risk prediction, in particular monitoring disease/cancer risk over time using epigenetics. I\'m jointly leading the TirolGESUND study with Prof. Martin Widschwendter. In this role, I have been driving conceptualisation/protocol generation and ethics submission and am now leading trial management, coordination and data analysis of this clinical study investigating lifestyle changes on health biomarkers. I am also working on bioinformatics analysis of several other projects.Tasks- Biostatistics/bioinformatics analysis of high-dimensional (methylation) data- Project conceptualisation and management of the TirolGESUND trial with over 50 collaborators and 180 participants monitored over 18 months, including protocol generation (125-page study protocol) and ethics submission- Outreach, including generation of participant information videos and coordination of info-webinars for the general public- Software dev/Automation of trial management pipeline- Novel technology assessment
