DOS is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that embrace international best practices in the fields of Design and Innovation Management, aiming to guide change and create conscious value within the corporate context.My primary responsibility involves interfacing with major clients in the Public Administration sector, introducing and applying customized programs, models, and frameworks based on user-centered methodologies. In this context, I support the planning, management, and monitoring of operations related to highly complex digital projects- Co-creating innovative discovery and design programs, with a particular focus on customer development- Facilitating design workshops, both remotely and in-person- Managing and coordinating structured design programs involving different stakeholders from different organizations and with differente roles.My commitment is to contribute to the evolution and success of organizations through the application of cutting-edge methodologies, promoting transformation, and crafting solutions that fully meet our clients needs.
