Treedom is a certified B Corp and the first platform that allows individuals and companies to plant trees remotely and support sustainable projects around the world. Every tree is geolocated, photographed, and connected to the story of the project it belongs to enabling people to follow the impact they’re creating.As a UX/UI Designer at Treedom, I design and optimize user-centered digital experiences across the company’s e-commerce platform and product ecosystem. My responsibilities include improving navigation flows, conducting A/B tests, and leading iterative design improvements. I manage and evolve the Design System and work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.I\'m also part of a growth testing squad focused on experimentation and continuous optimization to identify key strategies for achieving business OKRs. I contribute to the planning and execution of A/B and multivariate tests, supporting product growth through data-driven decisions and measurable impact.Notable achievements include the redesign of Treedom’s website and the optimization of the gift purchase flow, which reached a 90% conversion rate, alongside usability improvements that contributed to a +10% revenue increase.
