ABOUT CHIARA FIORINI
After graduating with merit in Electronics Engineering from the University of Genoa (Italy), I began my career at ETAS (a 100% Bosch Subsidiary) in Turin as a Resident Engineer. My primary responsibility was to provide technical support to customers onsite, along with offering technical and commercial support, and conducting ETAS product training for other Italian customers. In 2016, I transitioned to a new role at the ETAS Headquarters in Stuttgart as a Global Field Application Engineer. In this position, I supported global pre-selling activities for new products, particularly in Data Acquisition, Connectivity, ADAS, Advanced Calibration, Real Driving Emissions, and Drivability fields. My role involved collaborating with Product, Project, and Solution Management, R&D, Marketing, Sales Teams in various regions, and pilot customers.In 2024, I was promoted to Product Manager, where I have the opportunity to lead the development of ETAS products and solutions, define product roadmaps and strategies, and coordinate cross-functional team activities. In this role, I am responsible for understanding market needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of ETAS products. I also closely collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support the sales process.The international environment in which I work daily not only allows me to continuously improve my proficiency in three languages but also provides the opportunity to meet and learn from diverse cultures.
