Management of international projects as project coordinator, interacting with clients, internal teams, and external consultants- Management of the internal design team: activity scheduling, BIM project setup, project verification and control- Management of external consultants: deadlines scheduling, verification and coordination of the projects- Development of the design at all stages: feasibility study, concept design, detailed and contstruction design, tender- Preparation of bill of quantities and specifications- Management of permits requests to local autorities: CILA, SCIA, Permesso di Costruire, Autorizzazione insegne, Segnalazione Certificata Agibilità, Autorizzazione Paesaggistica- Site management activities: ensuring compliance with project standards and timeline, conducting site meetings and preparing reports, verifying and validating materials and extra costs, approving payments, collecting documentation for testing and for project completion.
