Responsible for supporting the international branches of the Group located in Spain, France, Ukraine, Poland, UK, Brazil and China (that are made up of approximately 350 employees belonging to the corporate, operations and sales functions) on all HR matters. My main tasks include- To manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from the definition of the needs to the onboarding of new joiners- To nurture and maintain the relationships with key stakeholders, such as General Managers, Employees, Functional Directors, International Partners and Providers- To support the local team in all workforce planning activities and with the definition of the personnel budget- To develop a new Employer Branding and Internal Communication strategy in cooperation with the HQ marketing team- To facilitate the implementation of the new HCM system (SuccessFactors) in our international branches acting as the main point of contact for training and needs- To manage the implementation of the new attendance tracking system in our branches;
