I drive operational excellence across our DACH and Norhtern Europe retail network, ensuring our stores run efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with company standards.As the operational link between our Berlin office, store teams, and HQ in London, I translate strategy into execution. From new store openings to optimizing established locations, I build scalable structures that support sustainable growth.What I focus on:• Leading day-to-day retail operations across the region• Acting as the key operational interface with HQ in London• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and structured training implementation• Building and strengthening store-level operational infrastructure• Driving process improvements to increase efficiency and elevate KPIs• Supporting store assessments and continuous performance optimization• Managing rent payments and recurring operational expensesWorking closely with the Head of Retail, I continuously refine and modernize our operational framework across Central Europe — with a clear focus on performance, structure, and long-term scalability.
