Currently a fourth-year student at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, pursuing a major in Communications and a minor in Psychology. As a first-generation college student and immigrant, I am driven by a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work, aiming to make a meaningful impact. I\'m passionate about implementing equity practices, fostering student success, and making an impact in the public sector upon graduation I am honored to be interning at the Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Communications and Education Intern, where I\'m facilitating training, developing posts for the DHS website, and building inclusive training. Additionally, I serve as the Lead Communications Intern at the Multicultural Student Services on the UWEC campus as well as take the role of Lead Student Coordinator for UWEC Civil Rights Pilgrimage. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including developing newsletters, organizing Heritage Month events, managing social media, facilitating training sessions, event promotion, and skillful committee organization. Over the past three years, I\'ve engaged in various on-campus roles that have shaped me into a versatile individual, embodying roles of a mentor, student, teacher, and intern. These experiences have honed my strengths in effective communication, dynamic leadership, seamless teamwork, innovative problem-solving, event planning, and social media marketing. With a strong desire to excel in my chosen field, I\'m enthusiastically seeking opportunities and internships to further fortify my expertise in the world of communications.
