Plan and execute design validation plans, providing technical support. Addressed critical quality issues in Electric Component by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Developing proto type parts using by 3D Printing Machine (Stratasys F370). Managing EHS related activities and audit readiness. Leading Testing for HVAC systems and components: Blower motors, Servo Motor, PTR, PTC Heater Resistor Blowers, Thermistors, relays, pressure sensors and ensuring calibration of equipment. Responsible for Documentation related to testing (Testing Reports, Vehicles Documents), Calibration and EHS and VAVE Activities. AutoCAD and CAIA-V5 Operate-2D & 3D Drawing. Developing Proto Wiring Harness as customer requirement and modification in HVAC.
