Hello, I\'m Chhavi. Currently, Design Lead at Preply - managing a team of 6 designers working across AI, Supply & B2B and leading hands-on initiatives on strategic level. Previously, I was at Bumble. I led design for Opening Moves - part of the new Bumble experience which takes off the pressure of first move from women. I also redesigned dating profiles and premium offering Beeline. Awarded the prestigious Global Talent Visa by the UK government. My strengths - leading roadmap strategy for product teams, designing → validating → launching 0 to 1 experiences, setting up & managing design teams focused on craft & execution. Interest in building products focused on communities, health & ed-tech. I write a weekly newsletter, and would love to own a cat someday!
