ABOUT CHHAVI SHARMA

I am a 3rd-year B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) student at Aligarh Muslim University, building a strong foundation in law with a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), human rights, and corporate law.Through my internships, I have gained hands-on exposure to both litigation and research. At the Chambers of Advocate Sanchita Ain (AOR), I worked on drafting writs, SLPs, revision petitions, and other pleadings, while actively observing proceedings before courts and tribunals. My work extended to complex issues such as disability rights, anticipatory bail, double jeopardy, and interim maintenance under the Domestic Violence Act, allowing me to blend doctrinal research with practical strategy.
