Successfully commissioned 3X600 MW, Stablised and did O&M as P&L Head for ~ 5 years. Headed JSW Energy operations at Vijaynagar Tornagullu with capacity of 860 MW. Charted turn around story of Vedanta Group\'s TSPL Mansa (3X660 MW) super critical Thermal Power Plant, making it reliable with 90+% availability on sustained basis. Worked heading Vedanta Limited\'s largest greenfield operation - aluminum (1.75MTPA) & power (3600MW)- at Jharsuguda as CEO for 2 years. Added around.4 MTPA capacity expainsion and Rennovation of power plant ( 4X600 MW+ 9X135 MW) for Voalume; COP; and Margine improvemnt - ED & HOP at Jindal Power Tamnar 3400 MW power and 3 coal block with PRC of 14.5 MTPA as WTD of JPL and operating plant in Top three Generating sataions (MU) during Fy 25 and turnaround performence since Aug\'21, with best in class profitability and sustainable raised performance excellence.current role Advisor Thermal with JSW ENERGY THERMAL Specialities: Thermal Power project: concept to commercialization; O&M including coal mining, sourcing and power wheeling
