I’m a counselling psychologist with 5+ years of experience working with individuals and couples, primarily in online therapy settings. My work focuses on helping people navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-worth, while also building a more compassionate and stable relationship with themselves. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of emotional experiences, from everyday distress to high-risk situations where maintaining daily functioning feels difficult. My approach in these spaces is grounded, structured, and deeply human.I draw from evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Humanistic approach I’ve also received training in: Grief and loss Couples therapy (Gottman Level 1) Anxiety-focused interventionsAlongside working with platforms like Talk2Angel, Rocket Health, Manastha Care, and Therapy Route, I currently run my private practice, Therapy with Chhavi Jagotta, where I’ve been working independently with clients since 2024. What matters most to me in therapy is creating a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, understand themselves, and make changes that actually feel sustainable. I’m currently open to part-time opportunities as a therapist in Gurgaon, particularly in setups that value ethical, client-centred, and collaborative care.
