ABOUT CHHAVI BAJAJ
A creative and a calm individual, I believe in learning and always evolving into a better version of myself. I’m a spatial and performance designer based in India, working at the intersection of story, space, and experience. My practice spans stage design, immersive installations, brand environments, and festivals, with a focus on creating spaces that stay with people long after they leave. During my work experience at Aaquib Wani Design, i grew from a designer to Project Head for large scale projects like Lollapalooza India 2024, Lollapalooza 2025, Serendipity Arts Festival 2023 and more where I was not only responsible for design but also ensuring effective communication with clients and managing all production aspects including BOQs and on site fabrication. I’ve worked closely with performers like Prateek Kuhad to bring our vision to life through collaborations with lighting, sound, costume, and production teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
