From my journey as a journalist to venturing into the social sector, and now embracing roles as a writer, singer, comedian, and educator working closely with tribal and marginalized communities in Jharkhand, my path has been deeply enlightening and diverse. These varied experiences have been transformative, providing me with invaluable experiential learning that fortified me during my most formidable challenges.For women, carving out milestones and measuring achievements has never been an easy feat—an enduring challenge that has driven me to engage deeply with the women of Jharkhand. The exhilarating essence of empowerment resonates through these interactions, revealing their nuanced perspectives and approaches to this complex concept. I focus on mental health, menstrual health, and family well-being as pivotal areas of my work.During my tenures at The Telegraph and Hindustan Times, I traversed the expanse of Jharkhand, even venturing into its most challenging terrains. My efforts aimed to understand the impact of social protection programs on tribal communities, forest dwellers, and particularly vulnerable tribal groups (PVTGs). The human-centric stories I have explored have sharpened my analytical skills, especially regarding marginalized communities. Their life narratives have profoundly illuminated my own identity and purpose.As an educator, serving as a visiting faculty member at institutions like Jharkhand Rai University and Amity University Ranchi has provided enriching experiences in participatory teaching and learning. The role has deepened my appreciation for collaboration and growth.Reflecting on the talents bestowed upon me, I sense the divine presence guiding my path. The acclaim for my fictional narratives inspires me as I prepare for my debut collection of short stories. Leading \'Adwitiya,\' Jharkhand’s pioneering all-women musical band, serves as a rejuvenating outlet. My newfound role as a comedian allows me to channel \'Angry Woman Energy\' into \'Smiling Bubbly Lady Energy,\' embodying my love for laughter.Amidst these endeavors, I recognize that my accomplishments stem from the connection with thousands of women through LIVE FOUNDATION. Supporting women in harnessing the humble secretion of the lac insect from Kusum trees and transforming it into the world’s most sought-after commodity,\'Lac,\' has imparted the vital lesson that \'No Simple thing on Earth is that Simple.\' Each creation of God carries a purpose, and I feel privileged to be part of this meaningful journey.
