I am an Industrial Psychologist with over 9 years of rich experience in the field of people development. I have a passion for helping people overcome their setbacks and move toward being happier. I am experienced in Talent Management Strategies and Counselling. Talent Management : I am a certified psychometric test user. Proven skills in using and interpreting a wide array of psychometric tools and implementing them in selection and development settings. Expertise in Competency Framework creation and mapping. Design and deployment of behavioural assessment tools such as Assessment Centres, Development Centres, Competency Based Interviews, Behavioural Simulations, Multi-rater feedback (180, 360 degree etc), creation of development plans and training calendars. Counselling: Personal issues, workplace issues, performance problems, relationship, depression, anxiety, career counselling. Telephonic and In-Person counselling using CBT, REBT models. In the past. I have been involved in Creation of Competency Frameworks, Identifying Competency gaps using Talent Assessment methodologies such as Psychometric Tools, Assessment / Development Centres, Assisting in designing Individual Development Plans, Individual as well as Group Development Plan Creation, Training Need Analysis etc. I also have worked as a professional psychological counsellor as a part of Employee Assistance Programs for various multi-national organziations. Apart from Counselling, I also was a part of team for assessments such as Fitness For Duty (FFD) and Cross Cultural Adaptability Assessments (CCAA). My last full-time employment involved heading the Psychometrics & Counsellor Quality division at Mentoria. I wasresponsible for all the efforts related to test construction, counsellor training, certification, quality monitoring and continuous improvement. I have experience in planning and executing psychometric tool construction process for different kinds of tests.
