ABOUT CHEZARE PALACIOS
I am barred in Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and passed the New York bar and awaiting admission. Outside of work, I volunteer with the Hispanic National Bar Association (\"HNBA\"). I co-authored an article in the HNBA Journal of Law & Policy on the “genericide” risks for trademarks that become too famous. I currently hold two positions in the HNBA, CLE Track Chair and CLE Committee Chair for the LGBT Division. I have also prepared two continuing legal education seminars for HNBA Conferences focused on increasing diversity in the legal field.
