About Cheyenne Kober
From the moment I stepped into East Carolina University’s Hospitality Management program, I knew I wanted a career centered around people, service, and meaningful experiences. That passion led me to club management. Most recently, I’ve built my professional journey at Yellowstone Club, one of the only private, members-only ski and golf communities, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow within Human Resources as both a Human Resources Coordinator and now a Recruiter.In my current role, I focus on talent acquisition, building genuine relationships, and creating positive and memorable employee experiences. I’ve always loved student development, a passion that started during my own university internship experiences. This past year, I launched Yellowstone Club’s internship program for university students, and I’m excited to expand it across the private clubs within LMLC Operations LLC, including Crazy Mountain Ranch, Moonlight Basin, Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, and Yellowstone Club. Supporting students as they explore the hospitality industry and recognize their strengths has quickly become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.My background includes meaningful work with the Metropolitan Chapter of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), where I assisted in planning educational programming for club managers. My time at Chevy Chase Club, Orienta Beach Club, and The Club at High Hampton also gave me firsthand experience in club operations and broadened my knowledge across Member Services, Food & Beverage, Special Events, Youth Programming, and Outdoor Pursuits.I’m driven by learning, growing, and connecting with others who share a love for hospitality, people, and professional development.
