For the last 15 years, I have managed strategic projects for S&P 500, CAC 40, VCs and disruptive startups, all around the world. I have defined Intellectual Property Roadmaps, carried out Due Diligence and Patent Valuation during M&A projects, and led Ideation workshops to outline new innovation pathways. This gave me a perspective on growing and developing technology and an ability to consider new opportunities from a product and go-to-market perspective. It has been obvious for me to opt for strategy and management consulting in patents. Challenge is important to merge data from technical, economical and legal point of view so to establish an intellectual property strategy aligned with the corporate strategy.
