Main Mission:To deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the store, including sales support, merchandising, and cashier duties. Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store- Assist and advise customers on products, sizes, and ongoing promotions- Replenish merchandise and ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked- Check product labeling and maintain proper presentation and pricing- Operate the cash register for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges- Keep the store clean and organized, including fitting rooms and stock areas- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and customer service goals- Follow company policies and directions from your manager or supervisor- Adapt to flexible scheduling — including evenings, weekends, and shifts longer than 8 hours depending on operational needs.
